Support companions are welcome to accompany participants without paying the registration fee. Please make a note of this in your registration form if you’re coming with a support person. Please let us know in advance if you need any other accommodation, and we will do our best to meet your needs. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Have a group of 10 yarn-lovers who want to hop together? This year you can reserve all the spots on a team (first come first serve) before the tickets go on public sale on Thursday May 30, 2019. Group reservation is only available to groups with 10 participants minimum, and all tickets on the team must be paid in order for the team to be reserved, please contact us for details. Registration online is limited to a maximum of two tickets per order.
Registration is automatic! Please note that you are limited to registration for one team only. For anyone who signs up for multiple team tickets, we will cancel all of the tickets, so please make sure to only sign up for one team!
One raffle ticket is included with your registration, you Team Captain will give this to you at the start of the event.
Please RSVP for the dinner in the registration form so the venue can properly prepare for us.
Once you register, you will be sent a receipt. Don’t forget to print out your receipt or save it on your phone for your Team Captains to check you in at the start of the day.
If you are unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible. We’re able to provide a refund for cancellation up to seven days before the event date. Group reservation for a whole team is non-refundable.
